“Investing in people, expanding the Italian Headquarters, constant innovation in products and partnerships with universities and research institutes, focus on marketing and customer care”: these are some of the key words highlighted by Carlo Lastrucci, president of Powersoft, during the Prolight + Sound Trade Fair in Frankfurt.
The PL+S week in Frankfurt represents an excellent venue from which to announce the essence of the company. For the fourth consecutive year, Powersoft has organized its “World Meeting”, one day before the show, at the Tryp Hotel close to the Frankfurt Messe site. This edition of the meeting was celebrated together with almost 50 distributors coming from all over the world in an exciting meeting place to talk about business strategies, innovations, vision and gather feedback from prestigious distribution partners.
A “spiral” logo on the big screen, specifically designed for the event, opened the conference: “It is the symbol of our meeting,” stated Carlo Lastrucci “the spiral means a solid starting point, a costant growth and openness towards the future: that’s what we want to spread to our business partners!”. From reports of a successful year 2011 for Powersoft, to product updates and on to new marketing plans and customer care services, the audience reaction has been positive. That’s the unmistakeable proof that the path the Italian amplifier manufacturer is following is in the right direction in terms of products and commercial strategy.
The meeting ended with the long awaited Powersoft award ceremony for those distributors who achieved the best performance during 2011:
Awarded as “Distributor of the Year”:
Americas: ProShows, Brazil
EMEA: TM Audio, The Netherlands
Asia/Pacific: Sanecore, China
Awarded for “Oustanding Achievement”:
World award: Midigraphics, South Korea
“I would like to thank all Powersoft partners for the excellent results achieved,” said Luca Giorgi, Pro Audio BU Manager of Powersoft. “We believe it is the result of building the strong and collaborative team we have managed to create together. It will be a pleasure meeting all of them again next year here on stage, with even more outstanding results.”
The dialogue with business partners, potential new customers and journalists continued at the Powersoft stand at the Prolight+Sound Fair.
An open space marked by a subtle play of pillars that bore the company logo at the top outlined an area designed to welcome guests and make them taste the Powersoft experience. The fair was an opportunity to introduce to the pro-audio community both the new people on board as well as the full range of touring and permanent installations amplifiers with a “green soul”, 3rd party control solutions and the newest Armonia 2.3.0 release which represents an important milestone for the company in terms of performance and ease of use. Special focus on amp modules with the new DigiMod 2004PFC, the new member of the DigiMod family, with an advanced rail voltage management that will, again, set the standard in self-powered applications. The “total white” design of the stand matches the aim of the Powersoft team to be open to their partners, to inform the visitors, and to welcome new business partners on board.
